🔄 Order Processing Time

Ellonmask Products (Supplements): 2–5 business days for processing.
Printify Products (Merchandise): 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
Ellonmask In-House Products (e.g., Turmeric Soap Bar): 1–3 business days for order handling and packing.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, launches).

📍 Split Shipments

Due to using multiple fulfillment partners:

Your order may arrive in separate packages.
You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment when available.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, customs, duties, or taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by destination.

📦 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

We are not responsible for:

Delays due to weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.
